Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions enlisted are important and followed strictly by VitalTicks. The customer using the website or buying products hereby agrees to the company’s terms and conditions.
Usage of words like “We”, “Us”, and “the company” refers to VitalTicks Pvt. Ltd. “Customer”, “you”, “user” refers to the buyer purchasing from the website.
- General Information:
- The company can make changes to the website in case of any requirements.
- The product rights are under the company’s control until and unless the buyer has done either full payment or in any for the payment procedure has been initiated.
- No changes in the orders can be made once the order is accepted by the company.
- We are not responsible if there is any kind of inconvenience from the buyer’s end or the third party’s end.
- We try our best to enlist everything with accuracy regarding the products we enlist on the website, however, we do not guarantee on them.
- All the products enlisted on the website are in stock and the prices are correct to our knowledge. In case we miss out or are unable to ship the product which accidentally may be out of stock, the customer care service shall contact back in 2 business days and ship the alternative products or shall back the order with a full refund.
- Refund & Return Policy:
- If the customer has sent a return request, the customer has to send back the product to the head office. Once the product is received by us in good condition with packaging without any damage, the company shall initiate a refund in 7-10 working days.
- Return charges may apply according to the situation.
- We do not have a return pick-up service, the customer has to send us the packages from their end. In case the product delivered by the company is wrong the return charges shall be born by the company.
- The company is not responsible for any misuse or loss of data or any kind of negligence, the customer’s account. The customer has to take care of the actions in their account.
- The customer must contact our customer care service regarding the return of any product.
- Shipping policy:
- We dispatch the products in 24-48hrs from the time order is accepted. The product shall be delivered in 7-10 working days, depending on the location. However, we do not guarantee on the time frame, the delivery may be delayed in case any circumstances arise.
- Shipping charges shall be added to the cart while placing order. The shipping order shall depend on the order and the location of delivery.
- Our third party delivery service might ask for a signature as a matter of proof for receiving the product.
- Free delivery service is applicable to the purchase of Rs. 2,500 or above PAN India.
- The company has all rights to track the user’s IP address, date, time, and behavior over the website to keep a record of it for future reference in case it is required for the company to show the service provider’s log.
- All the details like the user’s personal information like e-mail id, phone number are all kept under the secure database of the company which may be used only for marketing purposes. We do not share the details of our customers to any third party.
- We use Razorpay as one of the gateways for payment ( PCI DSS Level 1 Complaint, ISO 27001, and DigiCert EV SSL). We also use Paytm for payments (TLS Encryption, PCI-DSS Compliance, 128 bit SSL encryption, and Tokenization).
- We do not store our customer’s CVV numbers to ensure that their Debit and Credit card are safe and secured.
- We may use our customer’s phone number, email id to share the promotional messages, offers, and campaigns. We may also use the number to help the customer or reach out to the customer when they need our help or assistance.
